As women, we have a lot of things to worry about. We have to juggle work and family, and often find ourselves stretched thin. It’s important to take care of ourselves, both physically and mentally, and that includes staying informed about our health. These days, there are a ton of great apps out there that can help us do just that. Here is a list of our favorite women’s health apps!
MyFitnessPal: This app is great for tracking nutrition and fitness goals. It can help you make healthier choices and reach your goals.
Clue: Clue is another period tracker, but it also offers insights into your moods and energy levels throughout the month. This can be helpful in understanding your own body and how it works.
Headspace: This app offers meditation exercises and breathing techniques to help with stress relief and anxiety management. Taking care of our mental health is just as important as taking care of our physical health.
Also, if you’re a new mother , there are a few great apps out there to help with that, too!
Breastfeeding Tracker: This app helps you track your baby’s nursing sessions, as well as your own pumping and storage schedule.
Baby Connect: This app lets you track your baby’s feedings, sleep, diapers, and more. It’s a great way to keep everything organized and in one place.
Whether you’re trying to get in shape, manage your cycle, or just relax and de-stress, there’s an app out there for you. In fact, The Women’s Clinic recently launched our own app and portal to help you manage your health and relationship with us as your healthcare provider. It offers a secure way to message your care team, review appointments, request prescription refills, view lab results, and more. It’s a great way to stay connected with your healthcare provider.
