Go Ahead And Have Another Cup

coffee-2

Wishing you had another cup of coffee to make it through the morning? Well, go ahead and grab a cup because yet another study has linked regular coffee drinking, of at least 4 cups per day, to reduced risk of heart attacks. Earlier studies have linked coffee consumption with reduced insulin resistance,Type II diabetes, and neurological diseases.

And to all of you who don’t like the caffeine, it seems decaffeinated coffee provides nearly the same benefit. Coffee is full of magnesium, trigonelline, quinine, lignin and chlorogenic acid. Researchers believe it’s that powerful combination that delivers the health benefits. But watch out for the sugar and cream, you could be wiping out the benefits by adding too many calories, fats and sugars.
